"The Ball Pool cleaning process"

The cleaning process is performed by a small team and involves the use of specialist equipment to bath each ball in a chlorine based sanitisation fluid
in order to destroy all surface bacteria.

The balls are then removed from the area and stored safely whilst the cleaning of the pit takes place. Broken/damaged balls are removed and the pit is wiped down and vacuumed, after which the balls are emptied back into the pit and left to naturally dry.

A certificate of cleanliness is provided for you to display, providing a visual document as a point of reference for your customers and staff regarding the high level of hygiene and levels of cleanliness within your play facility complementing your Health and Safety Policy and Procedures.
